Heartland Green is dedicated to supporting the fight against deforestation through the conservation and sustainable management of forests. By promoting sustainable land-use practices, sustainable agriculture, agroforestry, beekeeping, maintaining a herbarium, and providing market linkages for locally produced sustainable products, we are addressing deforestation and supporting the preservation of Zambia’s vital ecosystems.
Our work directly supports efforts to combat deforestation, helping to preserve ecosystems and reduce environmental degradation. Through sustainable forest management, we aim to balance the needs of local communities with the urgent need to protect our land and forests.
